Towner Communications is a fast-growing yet close-knit and very well established Kansas City-based technology and telecommunications firm. We want people who like the idea of helping others grow their business while getting excited about building Towner at the same time. We're a young, energetic and open environment seeking smart, self-starters, with a passion for what they do. We are excited to fill our sales internship position with a super motivated and eager business minded person!




We have undergone significant growth and embarked on some mind-blowing innovation and change! Our team will need help with many different areas over the spring and summer season. This is a fantastic opportunity to jumpstart a career and/or learn about customer service, sales, operations, business development, and marketing while also meeting a great group of people. 

Responsibilities and objectives will differ from day to day. 

Some of the responsibilities will include: 

Market research 
Supporting the sales and marketing team with targeted content for prospects 
Create reports 
Qualifying sales leads 
Competitive intelligence 
Contract creation 
Improve and organize current marketing materials 
General sales assistance 
Work some of our gala events
