As a Towner Communications Telephony Technician III, the individual will receive, document, and troubleshoot service requests from customers. In addition, assist other Mitel technical resources and Mitel customers with basic support for system operations, maintenance, database changes, troubleshooting, remote installations and minor upgrades.
Partner Advocates are responsible for the care of Towner’s customers after they sign on. They ensure the health of the account and are responsible for providing any additional services or sales after the initial install. They are responsible for making sure the partner’s communication solutions are up-to-date, and that the communication between service is streamline. The PA will need to have a strong passion for inside sales and B2B selling including developing relationships within the small to mid-size business segments and a preferred background in telecommunications.
An ideal Partner Advocate is an experienced hunter that has the ability to independently grow and solidify their account’s yearly communication spend while also building a strong rapport with them.
